Making its first appearance since 2015, Road Slush Oatmeal Stout from New Glarus Brewing is hitting store shelves now. This dark stout is a hearty and satisfying reward for those of us who embrace the frozen tundra. Uncut oatmeal fresh from Chilton, Wisconsin gives this stout a "sink into it" smoothness that slides you into its depth. Handcrafted English Chocolate malt and Wisconsin Victory malt combine to balance this robust ale.
Like its namesake, Road Slush is only around for a limited time – available in 6 pack bottles, by the case, and on draft.
Great Lakes Brewing Company is finally making its way into Western Wisconsin and we are proud to be their newest distributing partner. Based out of Cleveland, Great Lakes have been a Midwest and Ohio staple for over 28 years. In 2015, Great Lakes was the 21st largest craft brewery by volume and 28th largest overall brewery in the United States with continued growth every year. We look forward to distributing their award winning beers including Edmund Fitzgerald Porter – often named the most stylistically correct representative of a porter within the porter category. Their other year-round offerings include Dortmunder Gold Lager, Eliot Ness Amber Lager, Burning River Pale Ale, and Commodore Perry IPA.
Originally founded in 1852 along the Great River Road and just a stone’s throw from the Mississippi River, the Potosi Brewing Company brewed more than a century’s worth of delicious craft beer before finally bowing to shifting market pressures and emptying its bright tanks for good in 1972. Re-founded on its original site in 2008, the Potosi Brewing Company has brought craft brewing back to Main Street Potosi, Wisconsin. Today, Potosi beer is lovingly crafted in small batches and without compromise - forging their renewed tradition of excellence.
The Potosi Brewing Company is solely owned by The Potosi Foundation. The Foundation’s mission is to spur economic opportunity in and around Potosi, brew only the finest craft beer, and to channel all profits into its markets served to support historical and educational initiatives and other charitable causes.
At Blue Moon Brewing Company® something is always brewing – literally and figuratively. That’s because everything they do starts with creative inspiration. And that was true from the very beginning. In 1995, head brewmaster Keith Villa, put a new-world twist on the old-world art of brewing and created a refreshingly unique take on the classic Belgian Wit beers he had grown to love while studying brewing in Brussels. By taking inspiration from the classic Belgian Wit recipe and then tweaking it with Valencia orange peel and adding a touch of coriander, Keith crafted a beer unlike any other. The result was Blue Moon Belgian White*. Beer drinkers really loved its subtle sweetness and citrusy flavor. Which just goes to show that life is a lot more interesting when something’s brewing.
Coming soon Blue Moon will be adorned with a new label. This new logo and branding brings a crisp clean look to the shelves, and the hands of the consumer.
